Since 2014 Society is running skill development projects under various central and state government schemes. Society is registered training partner under NSDC (PMKVY), UPSDM, Seekho Aur Kamao (Ministry of Minority Affairs), NULM NBCFDC,and RSLDC. Society has imparted training for skill development projects in the states Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Society has tie ups with various companies and organizations for placement of trained candidates. Society organizes various placement camps from time to time to provide placement opportunities to trained candidates.
Society encourages trainees to start their own enterprise and get self employed. For this purpose camps are organized with the help of various government departments regarding financial and other schemes those help trainees to start their own enterprise.
